The combination of one-to-one advice and peer-to-peer learning has proven to have the highest positive impact for businesses. During the one-to-ones, you can work on a specific issue of your choosing, or your adviser will help guide you to the most appropriate area for improvement. In the peer sessions, you will share best practices, network and learn from your peers.
We respect your time and have designed the programme to be flexible to accommodate busy work schedules with a combination of online and in person activities. The course will be delivered in 5 cohorts with the first beginning in March 2024.

Cotswold RAW
Cotswold RAW, producer of high-quality raw food for pets, joined the Elevate digital programme in 2022 when SMEs were rebounding from pandemic restrictions and heading into very difficult economic headwinds.
