Building on our work conducted for the Gambling Commission, Databuild - a trading name of Winning Moves, has been accepted onto the Responsible Gambling Trust’s (RGT) Evaluation Framework. Following a competitive tendering process, we were delighted to find out that we are one of a select few included on the framework, leading a small consortium which includes Q&A Research and Sarah Ramanauskas, a sector expert in this space .
The RGT is the leading independent charity in Britain committed to minimising gambling-related harm, funded by the industry itself. The RGT funds a wide range of initiatives including education, prevention and treatment services and commissions research to broaden public understanding of the harm that gambling can cause.
Adrian Talbot, Consultant lead for our gambling research and evaluation said “the RGT wants to transparently and robustly understand the extent to which the projects and programmes have achieved their expectations, understand ‘what works’ to help inform activity design, and identify added value emerging through its funded activities. With our evaluation expertise and understanding of the Gambling industry – strengthened through our consortium – we are well placed to design and deliver robust evaluation methodologies, incisive analysis and invaluable insight. We are looking forward to working with the Trust and supporting their evaluation activities.”
